VBridgeIT Employee Referral Program

At VBridgeIT Inc., we believe in the power of our team to help us grow.

Our Employee Referral Program is designed to encourage our employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at VBridgeIT Inc.

Eligibility:

• Current employees of VBridgeIT Inc. are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• In case of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee.
• The candidate referred should not be a current employee of the company.

Incentives Offered:

• If the referred candidate is hired and stays with the company for at least 30 days, the referring employee will receive a $500 referral bonus.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make, or the number of bonuses they can receive.

Referral Procedure:

1. Employees can refer candidates to any open position by contacting HR directly.
2. If the referred candidate is offered and accepts the position, HR will contact the referring employee.
3. Upon meeting the 30-day retention requirement, the referring employee will be eligible for the bonus.
4. Employees must contact HR to apply for the referral bonus by providing the candidate’s name.
